Jose Armando Tellado Nogueira holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, with additional training from ICADE, London Business School, ESIC Business & Marketing School, IESE Business School - University of Navarra, and the Instituto Internacional San Telmo. He has built his professional career at Lever España (Unilever Group), Smithkline Beecham, and Cruzcampo.

In the year 2000, he became a part of CORPORACION ALIMENTARIA PEÑASANTA SA (CAPSA FOOD), where he held various positions before being appointed as the General Director in 2013.

Furthermore, he currently holds the following positions: Board member of FIAB, Flor de Burgos, Farggi-Menorquina, and APD. He also serves as the President of the Knowcosters Foundation.
