Imagine the figure of a company's CEO; is it a man or a woman? The first answer that came to your mind has been influenced by your unconscious biases. In this activity, you can discover whether you have a slight, moderate, or strong bias related to gender, race, and/or age by taking an Implicit Association Test (IAT) that measures attitudes and beliefs we may not be aware of explicitly.

With this test, you'll take the first step towards a more inclusive culture by understanding your biases, how they affect you, and how you can counteract them in your workplace.

Manufacturing electric cars is just the first step toward more sustainable vehicles. The greatest challenge and positive impact come from rethinking the entire value chain, from materials and design to engineering, production processes, and recycling.

Liux's proposal presents a truly disruptive vehicle created with plant-based material (flax fiber bio-composite) that is recyclable, reduces weight, and thus improves energy efficiency and autonomy.

GEKO is Liux's proposal, reducing carbon footprint by 80% compared to a traditional combustion SUV. In this exhibition, you can learn about the innovative 3D printing production process and a modular battery that can be extracted, upgraded, and recycled.

Cities are becoming increasingly larger, more populous, and their inhabitants are challenged by the climate crisis. According to the World Bank, seven out of ten people will be living in large urban areas by 2025, leading to increased urban land use, exerting pressure on land and natural resources.

Aware of this reality, we have developed the Urban Oases project in the city of Madrid. Through this project, we aim to bring visibility to healthy corners where citizens can enjoy them, and together, we can promote greener, more resilient, and inclusive cities.

In this exhibition, you can see a collection of digital art inspired by places in the city of Madrid that provide citizens with a refuge of peace amidst the congestion and pollution of the capital.

A significant part of the value of this work lies in the analysis of geospatial data itself. To locate these spaces of well-being and tranquility, we relied on the study of public data (provided by the City of Madrid) linked to traffic density, air quality, noise pollution, and accessibility to green areas, in order to identify the most beneficial spaces for citizens, taking all these variables into account.

We call these spaces Urban Oases.
