The personal data we process comes from the information you provide us as an attendee when you fill in the registration form for the Event.
We only collect the data necessary for each purpose. Please note that if you do not provide the required information, you may not be able to register for the Event.
For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?
Overview will process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
To enable the development, management and control of the Event, whose legitimate basis will be the relationship established with you when you register for the Event.
Your data will be processed to ensure and manage access control to the Event, whose treatment is based on the legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of people, property and facilities.
Send you commercial communications regarding services and/or activities developed by Overview according to your profile based on the information provided in the form, the legal basis of which will be your express consent.
Your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and specifically:
In relation to your participation and attendance at the Event, it will be retained for as long as necessary for such attendance, management and control thereof.
In relation to access control, the data will be deleted after a period of one month from its collection, except when they have to be retained to prove the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of persons, property or facilities.
In connection with the sending of commercial communications by Overview, your data will be retained until you withdraw your consent or request the deletion of your personal data.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
We inform you that your data may be communicated to Data Processors (technology providers), some of which have processing and/or support centers located outside the European Economic Area.
Likewise, your data may be communicated to the Security Forces, as well as to the competent Judges and Courts in those cases in which they can be used to prove the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of persons, property or facilities.
We guarantee that when your data may leave the European Economic Area, they will maintain the same level of protection based on compliance with the provisions of European data protection regulations.

We are committed to keeping personal data secure, taking all reasonable precautions to do so. You can ask Overview to confirm whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to access it.
